Unable to connect to my WD TV LIVE

I have connect successfully a MY BOOK LIVE 3TB to my WD TV LIVE.

I can’t do the same with a MY CLOUD 3TB

I also can see the MY CLOUD on all other systems (PS3, PC, Smartphone, Tablet, …)

Any ideas? Thanks

Hello, do you have the My Book Live and the My Cloud connected to the same router?

I have physically connected the “My Book Live” to the router.

I have physically connected the “My Cloud” to the same router.

I have physically connected the “WD TV Live” to my television.

“WD TV Live” is also remotely connected to the router via wifi in order to reproduce multimedia contents on TV.

This works correctly with My Book Live, but not with My Cloud that I can’t see at all from WD TV Live.
