I was trying to add a new folder to sync with my cloud. I opened the WD Sync and dragged the folder from my desktop to the sync window as the instructions state. It pops up a new window and after a few minutes says cannot connect to remote server. I unplugged the cloud, restarted my computer and still nothing.
I uninstalled WD sync. Reinstalled it. Did the most recent update and now it’s telling me Unable to connect to remote server when I try to “link” my cloud to the sync.
I’m at a loss as to what to do to fix this issue. Can anyone help get me back up and syncing again?
