Unable to create share after power outage

Recently, there was a power outage in my building. I had an external drive plugged in via USB to my WDMyCloud. Since the power outage, I can no longer mount my USB drive. It works on my PC just fine, so I know the drive is not bad. Any ideas how fix it?

Here are some details:

WDMycloud 2 TB
Firmware: v04.04.02-105
Error:
Unable to create share A share could not be created on a USB device (vendor: Western Digital, model: Ext HDD 1021, serial number: XXXXXXXXXX, file system: ntfs, label: mydrive, share name: mydrive).
Code 1122

I tried several things: rebooting mycloud with and without the USB drive plugged in; renaming the label of the USB drive; fixing errors under Windows… Nothing worked.

My guess is since the drive was not properly shut now WDMyCloud does not know how to properly mount it :frowning:

Are other USB drives able to be used with your WD My Cloud? If no USB drives work at all then the power outage affected your WD My Cloud as opposed to the USB drive in question. If so, you may have to perform a factory reset (System-only).

I tried with a couple flash drives - they do not mount properly either. OK, I guess I will have to do system only reset
