Update dont work

it ask me to make a software update to 1.0.7.11
Wen i wont install, it gives me a error - please contact customer service.
Knows anybody wy.

What update doesn’t work? Updating the My Cloud? Updating WD Software?

See the WD Support website were you can download either the latest My Cloud firmware or the latest My Cloud WD software and apps.

Bennor,yes it’s the desktop app saying it’s a new update,update doesn’t work i have try over and over,deleted win.exe still no work will not install new one.
