Update Firmware failed

Hi, i’ve a WD My Cloud Mirror Gen2.
I’ve a problem with the download of the new firmware 2.31.204.
I’ve set up manual update and when i click to download this, arrive to download 12% and all crash.
How can i resolve this problem?

I’ve download the firmware manually but I have never tried to do this procedure.

If you have downloaded the firmware manually from the WD site and you are sure you have the gen 2 mirror, go to the dashboard, under settings, firmware updates, you can manually update the firmware from the file you downloaded.

This is my model.
I’ve downloaded My_Cloud_BWVZ_2.31.204.bin. Now i must upload this file manually and follow the procedure? thanks a lot.
