Hi, recent there is update for wd my cloud home, i cannot view the shared folder thru desktop, cause this WD USELESS FOR MYSELF AND MY COLLEAGUE.

PLS THINK SOMEWAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. THANKS

Hey @Minhui,

The Family folder in My Cloud Home have been moved to the shared folder. The Data is not lost but can be accessible by only the Web Browser (mycloud.com) or My Cloud App for Smartphone, visible under the shared section.

I have the same issue as well and this is completely ridiculous. I’m using the WD Cloud Home for work and now everyone can’t access the shared folder via the WD Discovery app and mounted drive.

To ask everyone to access the shared folder via the web is silly. WD, please fix this ASAP.
