Upgrade My Book Duo from 2TB to 6TB

I have a My Book Duo 4TB working in RAID1 (2TB Mirror) and i want to upgrade the capacity to 6TB each HDD, i already bought the disks, take off one of my old 2TB disk and install the new one to make the mirror. When it finished, i take of the second 2TB disk and install the other new disk. Now i should have 2 HDD of 6TB working in RAID1, but when i go to my pc it shows like i’m still having 2TB in RAID1. I don’t know how i can to configure the capacity of the Book.
