I hope my question isn’t too self-explanatory but I have already searched to forum and googled for an answer, without succes.
Until the OS 5 update I used mycloud mirror gen2 with WD Acces, Quickview, Smartware and WD Sync - all programs that are not supported anymore.
With Acces or Quickview I had the option to shut down and activate the device.
Now, it doesn’t react anymore when trying to shut down with Acces, only fron the Settings, using a browser
Problem is, after beeing shut down, I can’t activate the device from the browser or App.
Ironically I can activate it with WS Acces, which is officially not supported anymore.
But if I uninstall all the unsupported software for OS5 - how will I be able to activate it?
I know it is planed as “24/7 online” but still, sometimes you still have to activate it, right?
