Warranty Replacement request is in pending condition.

Dear Team,
Myself Tanumoy Bose, I have bought your product WD 4TB My Passport Portable External Hard Drive from Amazon on 20/07/2020. Now past few months I am having some issue with this drive. First this drive is not openable the drive got crashed so all my data is lost. So next I tried to format this device after few days of trying I able to format this Hard Drive. Next when I put some files on that drive it is crashing once again, once again I am unable to open the drive so I format the drive once again but same I happening after putting some data on the drive. So next I raised a Warranty Replacement request (Warranty Replacement Number: 0065240146) on Western Digital website on 23/Oct/2022. But until now Warranty Replacement request is in pending condition. So, I request you to please look into this matter and replace my Hard Drive as soon as possible. All needful documents are attached for your reference.
