Just updated to WD 2go on my mobile but thumbnails don’t show or photos. I can’t play video either. Using HTC Desire.
I have the same video problem on a Dell Streak 7 Tablet. The video loads, but I all I get is a blank screen. Also what video formats can be played. I use mainly .avi and .mpg-2. I have not tried any photos. I can’t even get the videos to load on my HTC G2 smartphone
i get the same problem kinda, when i log in from a remote PC and click on a movie to load the play loads and then it just hans up but at home its loads fine and plays when my PC is connected to my gig network
See the other thread. We don’t convert the video. You will need to do that. We will attempt to play it if your mobile device supports it - but streaming over an internet connection can be tricky. It all depends on your uplink speed from your My Book Live to the Mobile device (and if you are on 3G - well that gets even trickier).
Buzz Player HD (only for ipad) at the app store. It will find your computer, myBook Live, etc. (tap the 4th icon (network)) to find your computer and stream movies. The app will convert them to apple format. This player will play just about any format.
