WD 2Go Web Access not working

Hi,

just purchased one of these Duo Live network drives but can’t get it work correctly.

While connecting with  www.wd2go.com the screen asking for email address and password works fine, the next screen asking the network password also works fine.

Then selection “view shares” displays correctly the number of shares for around 2 seconds then my browser gets forwarded to a Oracle Java web site.

From this there is no way back?

What am i doing wrong?

You don’t have Java installed (or installed correctly.)

The webpage is trying to load a Java plugin, but since it can’t, it redirects to the Java website.
