WD Caviar Black WD1502FAEX Out of Region

Just had my 1.5TB WD Caviar Black die on me, it’s clicking and won’t show up in my system. I went to check the warranty on it and says it’s “OUT OF REGION” I have had this drive for some time and wondering if I will be able to get it fixed or not. Picked it up from Tigerdirect.ca a while back.
