not sure how you guys experience on this
i have purchased WD My Cloud 6TB Home Personal Cloud Storage for 1 week.
and i find it super slow to transfer file.
please let me shared my configuration instead of pointing fingers:
a) it is hardwired by “lan” into a direct port in my asus router AC5300
b) my room PC is also connected via “lan” not wireless and it takes ages just to transfer a word document ???
c) moreover i was told you cannot access your files from multiple devices e.g iphone X, ipad, samsung note 8 etc one guy from forum mentioned that i have to logout before login to another of my own device
it absolutely appalling!!! and horrifying experience for me
please share if there is anything wrong in my configuration
