WD discovery does not detect drives on media player

WD discovery does not detect drives on media player. They were detected before but for some reason they disconnected and can not re discover. computer can access other devices on the wireless network and other computer can detect media drives.

Firmware version 1.06.15_V. Power cycling does’t help.

Reset all the network devices and try that again. Maybe it just lost the synchronization.

Have you tried to look for the drive through the windows explore?

Entire system has been re-set including factory reset of wireless router.

Media player drives do not show up in explorer until WD Discovery detects and maps them.
