Hard drive is no longer being recognized on computer. i’ve tried switching cables, firework ports, power surges and no luck. Any suggestions? Does the warranty include data recovery?
Hello, sorry to hear you cannot access your files, have you tried checking if the hard drive is recognized on the Disk Utility app?
