WDCWD40EZRX bought 15-9-2014. I can’t register this product, I get an error message that the warranty is void, although it has 3 year warranty.
The disk is very slow. I would like to test this, and find out why. I used your diagnose tool and did an extensive test which passed. Can someone recommend a free benchmark tool to verify that I am right about the speed?
