WD Hub does not seem to sync

Hi.

I have just recently bought the Hub and really enjoy it.

The problem I have with it is that it does not seem to sync with my pc (Windows 7) although it is set up to do so. I had the pc turned on all night and was expecting to wake up to a Hub full of content, but no.

I have shared the folders I want to share on my pc and chosen to sync from /User on the Hub. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Was the source folder already loaded with media, or did you add the media after you set up the sync?

The source folder was already filled. Actually I have set it up to sync with the folder “/User”, which pretty much contains all folders on my pc - is that what is wrong?

Now I have tried to sync several times and it has failed every time. Even though I have gotten it to start the syncing process of my videos, pictures and music (140 gbs) it always stops before it finishes and starts compiling untill it freezes.

After having had to reformat it two times in order for anything to work on it I think I give up.
