Hi, my new My Book Studio keeps coming up with Error 50 and won’t back up. All the diagnostics suggests its fine but I can’t backup or even copy files to it? Any ideas.
I would recommend re-formatting your disk drive in order to discard file system corruption. Additional instructions are available in the following link:
