Hi! My WD My Cloud is about 4 years old. A few months ago, the NAS dropped off the network and I can’t back up to it. At the same time the light started flashing red, and I cannot get it to stop. I have changed cables, I have performed system resets, but still no success. I have read the forums but haven’t found a solution that works. Help! TIA
Have you looked at the User Manual for the My Cloud Home, if that is what you own? It doesn’t sound like you own the My Cloud Home.
