WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra connectivity issue

I have the WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra with the following issue:
I click on cloud access and try to add a user, but when I do it, it gives me cloud access disabled. My firmware is 5.11.112
on the configure cloud access page, the connection status is disconnected. The specific message is: something went wrong. Please check that you have an active internet connection and try again.
Currently, I connect on the internet via ATT hotspot. I also have ATT Uverse and still the same issue. Interesting fact that my other WDCloud work just fine and I am able to configure with no issue.
I already tried ti add google dns

IPv4 IP Address 192.168.1.45
IPv4 DNS Server 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 , 192.168.1.1

.On my network profile it sayt my status : internet access
Any hints?

you are about 7 firmware updates back
5.18.117 is on my ex2 ultra and my unit has been through all the updates since OS3

many items have been fixed could be this one too ?
