I looked through several posts, but couldn’t quite find any answers to this question. I have 5 computers networked together (3 with windows 8.1 and 2 with windows 10). All of the computers except one of the windows 8.1 shows the drive networked under “Computers” in the Network section of File Explorer. I can move, copy, paste, and delete files from the PC that doesn’t show the My Cloud drive to and from the My Cloud drive by using another computer (moved wife’s files by using another PC on the network to move them from the obstinate PC to the My Cloud drive). What is wrong? Any thoughts? It seems that as I can access the PC in question from others and see the My Cloud drive from other PCs that it would stand to reason the PC should be seeing it as well. I can access it through a browser, but it is not showing in the File Explorer page (which is where I want it to show).

Try to access the unit with the drive IP to see if you are able to copy from that computer to the device, you can also see if by resetting the drive or even power cycling it can help with this. Here is a link that might hep with the reset process of the device:
