I bought my WD Product (My Passport 500GB) around 1.5 years ago. It was working fine however recently it is not being on any computer. It is shown in the devices category in the device manager as well as in the ‘safely remove hardware’ but not in ‘my computer’ or ‘windows explorer’.
There is no noticeable/different noise coming from inside the enclosure. The LED stays stable through the connectivity whereas it blinks in between.
Kindly guide as to how to access the device. Thank you.
