Good day! My external hard drive is 2 years old now and it was filled with important files for my sister! I can’t access the drive but sometimes it will show up and access again but i can’t copy the files because it will crash the windows system. AGAIN i unplugged it and same thing will happen it won’t show up. I am so frustrated about this!
