WD Photo App on I Phone

Hi All

i am really struggling with this app. Ive been using it for a while successfully, now but not needed to upload any photos until recently. I have my photos in named folders on my phone. 

Gone into the app selected choose from library, which then brings up all the different folders, so far so good. Then I select one of the folders to upload, press the select all button and the upload commences, so far so good…

The up load completes, however I can’t find any of the pictures within the app.

I know they have been uploaded because when I go in to the mycloud app they are there, but not in my WD photo App.

(The trouble is it has worked previously as I have a number of different folders with my pictures in.)

Any help would be appreciated

When you login to http://wdmycloud and look at the main dashboard of your device, what does it say in the bottom right for “Content Scan”?  I believe content scanning must complete on all the photos before you will see anything update on your wdphotos app. I had gotten my content scan stuck at some point and had to reboot the device to fix it, as soon as I rebooted it started scanning content again and my app updated shortly after.
