WD Photos app on iphone w/ OS 5.1.1, not seeing all folders/photos

Ok, so the WD Photos app seems to be kind of working. Let me explain…

I have three WD apps on my phone:

WD 2go

WD photos

WD photo classic

Everything works fine on my WD 2go app but,

On the WD Photos and classic I only see one of the picture folders, but there are two. Both are seen in the WD 2go app.

I have deleted users and re created them, no help.

I have removed and re installed the drive in the apps

I have deleted and re installed the apps completely, all with the same issue still there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, WDphotos only works with .jpeg, .jpg files, so that could be the problem.

Yup. I read a lot before posting on here and read about the jpeg, which all my photos are luckily, haha. Thanks for the reply though. So no fix there…BUT

After doing some research I found that it was my impatients that was causing the problem.

I figured a few minutes would be enough time for things to sync.

What I didnt realize is that the images are converted to work with the iphone/ipad and that takes a while. After waiting 15-30 minutes everything showed up, even fixed the issue of not finding the folder that I deleted.

I’m very happy with these apps now!
