WD Red Smart error and cannot RMA - Billing address not verified error!

Hi there

As it says above… There seems to be some sort of issue RMA’ing my drive (in the UK) as it doesn’t let me complete the process with an error saying Billing Address Not verified… Drive is under warranty for another 2 years…

I noted this has been an issue for other people… I need to get another drive ASAP so can this please be looked into!!

use internet explorer 11 and your problem will be solved… their RMA website doesnt work well with other browsers

i told WD more than 1.5 years ago and they didnt solve it i dont know why :confused:
and im unemployed… baaaahhhhh

the engineers cant see the things that the normal users see lol
