I attempted to backup files to my external WD ShareSpace 2TB network storage system. The documents were saved but it only saved a shortcut to my pictures, which is useless if you have a system malfunction.
For some unknown reason I have lost my latest pictures downloaded to Windows 8 and photoshop 10.
Why didn’t they save on the ShareSpace?
I also thought that files would be backed up automatically - not so.
Am I doing something wrong?
I will admit that I purchased the storage system some years ago but never installed it. Now that I have a you beaut, new computer I thought that I should utilize it, but am disappointed
