Hello everyone maybe someone can help me with this problem or giving some advise to use my ex4100

I am using windows laptop and pc, i am trying to create backup using the wdsmarte software but the harddisk sometimes doesnt appear so i can not do anything.

Someone has expirence this problem?

What is the best way to kept backup for my laptop with windows and ex4100?
