Reformatted MY book and used time machine to back up my Mac. Attempted to install WD Smart ware back into MY book. Downloaded WD SW dmg 1.3.0.18 and moved files to MY book. When I run the installer I get the message that WD Smart ware installer for Mac not installed …My computer hangs up and I have to force quit. Tried reinstalling no change.
