Wd sync not working anymore with myCloudEX2

Hello

i realized that WD Sync doesn’t synchronize my folders anymore
I don’t see the green arrows anymore, sign of synchronization
I was using myCouldEx2 as a backup on my local network

I everytime I try to add a new folder it says error 401
even when I log in in the web app

also I couldn’t find a file or registry key to modify to add my folder to the synchronization list
and it doesn’t synchronize anymore
