WD Sync on Windows 10 not working

Hello,

I have two windows 10 laptops running WD Sync to a WD Mycloud NAS. The first computer seems to work petty well but I constantly have to rebuild the content database in order to keep it syncing. If I do not do this it will say that WD Sync is up to date when it is not.
The second computer has a different issue. It will begin syncing then it will get hung up on a file. When this happens the sync program will race through the files creating an error for each one stating that the file could not be synced. This will continue through all of the unsynced files. If I pause the sync then restart its gain, the process will begin again and will sync a few files before it fails and races through the remainder of the files again.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

I haven’t seen this case before. Make sure that those files are not being used when you are using the software.

As a recommendation, contact WD Support for direct assistance on this case.

WD Contact info:

Thank for the reply. No, the files are not in use at the time. I’ll give the support folks a ring.

Hello Juswalk,
I have the same issue, did you solve it?

Thanks in advance

No, still no solution. I have not called
Customer service yet but may give that a try.
