This morning when I turned on my WD Live TV Hub it immediately started playing the ‘nature’ sample file. It just keeps doing this, while the file info, that’s usually displayed when you start a file, keeps flashing at the bottom of the screen. I can’t get out of this loop to try to do any troubleshooting. If I hit any menu buttons, it just keeps going back to this media file. It’s like someone is sitting on the remote (which is not the case 
).
I updated to the latest firmware on Wed 18 Sep. I can’t check the version, because I can’t get to it.
I have turned it off and back on, have removed my network cable, have unplugged the power. It keeps doing it every time I turn it back on. I can’t get to the menu to restore factory settings.
I still used it about 12 hours ago - no problem then.
Resolved the issue. Cleaned my wireless keyboard. Guess something got stuck in it. Sorry for hasty (and stupid) post.
