Hello everyone,
The firmware update to v3.12.13 totally froze my WD TV Live Hub (Model number = WDBACA0010BBK-EESN).
I did exactly as described in the “official” procedure ( http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/updates/?family=wdfwdtv_livehub)..)
And now I’m stuck with the blue “WD TV LiveHub” splash screen, with or without the USB key plugged in the front slot.
Using the “reset” button under the box does not change anything (device powered off then powered on).
The hub does not appear any longer on the network, of course.
What do I do now?
If this is possible, I would not care to reinstall the whole software (and losing data) , at last resort, even this voids product warranty.
Really need some help here.
