Hello everyone, 

I hope that you are OK.  I have networked in a TV Live Hub on the main TV and then a MY Book 2TB network drive in the box room, and then two WD TV Live units in the two bedrooms.  

I have started to transfer my DVD’s over onto the My Book 2TB Hard drive, my aim was to be able to watch different films on the 3 units if and when needed, but when I was watching a film on one of the Live units, and tried to watch another one on the TV Live Hub it told me that I could not access the drive despite it being able to see it, etc it was like it could it could not share the hard drive.  Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong as as on there website it shows that this can be done.  I don’t know what I am doing wrong, so that they can be watched via the network, and I can regain some room.

I am assuming that you have a My Book Live 2 TB or My Book World 2 TB, which either case should be capable of managing 3 simultaneous video streams.  You can reset all your WD TV  players, and also your My Book drive.  You can also check that all of your devices are updated to latest firmware.
