i have a problem in my usb port of my western digital wd10tmvv, i think 1 of the pin are gone or being pushed inside and now i cannot access my file or even detect it. anyone can help me how will i gonna fix it or how can i backup he file inside it? thanks!

If one of the pins on the USB port broke then I recommend you get this drive replaced. Western Digital does not repair or recommend repair services for our drives. Any repair services performed on a WD drive will void the warranty. If your drive is under warranty, please see:
