Can someone help me understand why when I log into my MYBOOKLIVE through WD2go.com, it sends me to an Oracle webpage? Also, if you could provide the steps to setup true WD access from out of my network, I would appreciate it. Thanks!!

Because Java isn’t installed correctly on your PC.
I had the same problem with my system at work. If you have Windows 7 then go to the control panel, select programs and features. On that first screen if you see program refering to Java or Java SE SDK highlight them and on the task bar just above the first line you are able to select something there should be a uninstall selection. Choose it for those items.
Afterwards for this link to install Java 7 update 21. http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
After this loaded if was fixed. I hope this helps.
