I was trying different eMail-adresses and accountnames.
Do you have any suggestion to help me for a successful sign up ?

PS: I did try out to sign up for other local users. I did try out to shut down firewall. I did make a few restarts. Yes my Cloud is directly connected with router and yes I was trying to sign up with a 2nd browser. No success
Update your My Cloud firmware to the latest version. Your screen captures appear to indicate you are using pre WD OS 3 firmware. Older versions of the firmware, pre WD OS 3 firmware, may not support remote access or the MyCloud.com web portal.
