WDMyCloud.com Sign Up not possible (WDMyCloud 6TB)

Hello,

I´m trying to sign up an account for wdmycloud.com and it doesnt work.

Connection status = Ready and Cloud access is now availabale for my device.

I was trying different eMail-adresses and accountnames.

Do you have any suggestion to help me for a successful sign up ?

PS: I did try out to sign up for other local users. I did try out to shut down firewall. I did make a few restarts. Yes my Cloud is directly connected with router and yes I was trying to sign up with a 2nd browser. No success :frowning:

Update your My Cloud firmware to the latest version. Your screen captures appear to indicate you are using pre WD OS 3 firmware. Older versions of the firmware, pre WD OS 3 firmware, may not support remote access or the MyCloud.com web portal.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I was updating firmware two days ago.

MyCloud-Dashboard says “v04.01.01-413”

Any other suggestions?

The latest v4.x firmware for the single bay My cloud is 04.04.05-101 (12/13/2016).

Firmware is now “up to date” - but i still can`t sign up!

Now it works :slight_smile:

The problem was a wrong date !! Date was “26.11.2016” !! Since I changed my date to:

it was possible to sign up !!!
