WDMyCloud - Sahres are not showing on dashboard

Hi Team,

Suddenly i am facing this issue that shares are not showing on dashboard and i am also not able to access these shares from computers and also not able to mount the drive.

This issue i am facing from yesterday before this everything was working properly.

Request you to please suggest me what to do in this case???

Have you already tried a reboot of your device?

What computer and operating system are you using?

Updated: Are you the admin of this device? Have you checked to see what is showing under the yellow bell? I see a key and crossed through lock showing on the address bar, do you know what that is about and have you tried to click on them or the circled i for more information?

Thanks for your response… actually i have resolved this issue myself after diagnosing the WDMyCloud device and scanning the HDD.
