I have linked my device up to my network, as well as the App itself. As long as I am using wifi, I can see all my files in the app.
When I am on cellular data, it will not connect to the system except when I go to my Dashboard and get a new “Activation Code”, then it will work 1x. When I access the app after that first time, the cloud “spins” and then I get the following error message:
“Drive offline; WDMyCloudMirror is not accessible. Local documents are available.”
I have contacted WD Support, including level 3 support several times, but they can not figure it out; they have even offered to allow me to return it for a full refund.
I am hoping to get it to work properly, so that I can access my files when I am out of the office. I have a FIOS router with 75/75.
Anyone have this same issue and figure out how to rectify it?
