Hi All,
I see a lot of people complain about their units crashing the whole time but I dont see any fixes.
Mine crashes whether I watch from External HDD or Netflix, I have the latest firmware updated but it keeps doing this.
To fix I need to unplug and start over again and it is extremely frustrating…
Does anyone know if there is a proper fix for this?

Please excuse my ignorance, but how would I do that? On the GUI setup screen there is only update firmware?

Unfortunatelly rolling back firmware is the only solution for the memory leak bug, since WD has ‘left the building’ (ignorance is a bliss…) and most likely shall not fix this (or any) bug / problem which appeared in the last firmware update.
