Wdtv player get info for movies

Lately when I select the get info option for movies it comes back with the title, synopse, etc… but the thumbnail and backdrops do not show. So for reason Im only getting part of the meta data… it was working fine before this. I have check the firmware and it is up to date… I have unplugged the unit as well as the hard drive. Im at a loss why this is doing that… I am using the default metasource for movies. Any ideas??

Good afternoon, over a week and still not working the covers of the movies. I know that the problem is based on data themoviedb.org not fix. In that case wd look for other database. We can not buy a device and lead as when I bought it months without an update that solutions as important as this.
