Web log-in to MyCloud....but No devices found!

I’ve just installed my MYCloud, a couple of days ago. Made a few shares and three users, myself, my wife and my mother-in-law so she can remotely access our family photos. So, that’s three email addresses which I have registered for remote access, and three users on the device.

I’ve given the mother-in-law read-only rights to Shares so that things are fairly secure.

However, today, I suddenly that if I log in to www.mycould.com using my own email address and password it logs in but then says “No devices available” found, please notify the device’s owner".

This is baffling, as it worked perfectly well yesterday! More baffling, I can log in and look at the device if I use my wife’s email address and password, but not mine!

What on earth has happened?

Log into the dashboard, under Cloud Access.
Choose your admin account in the left column and look at what’s listed under MyCloud.com account.
Is your email address there?
Mine was deleted last week for no reason.
I re-entered it, and it’s OK now.

Did you resolve this - Same thing happened to me.I had gone to my dashboard
then into cloud access - and resent the email account for admin .
Then responded to the email
It had fixed it - its a puzzle and appears to a glitch in the WD server
