What's the best external case for a Scorpio Blue 500GB internal drive?

I was gifted a used WD 500gb Scorpio Blue drive from a MacPro; evidently, the drive was invisible to the CPU. Nevertheless, I was able to reformat it for PC use. It’s a naked internal drive, and I would like to put it into a case and use it as an external drive. Since it’s not SATA, I haven’t been able to find an adequate case. It uses the computer power through the USB cable. Any ideas are always appreciated and welcome!!!

Hello,

I have never tried using a Scorpio drive on a external case and I know for sure WD doesn’t offer external cases as an option for purchase. Lets see if another user can share some experience with us regarding your question.

that’s odd … i bought a WD 500GB Scorpio Blue for my PS3 (upgrade from a 120GB)

and it use’s standard SATA (which you could use with virtually any 2.5" External Enclosure)
