What's the difference?

Hi I am thinking of buying a WD media player and I am confused with the following two. Apparently one cots £79.00 and other costs £102. What’s the difference between WD TV Live streaming media player( £79 @amazon) and  WD TV live HD media Player?

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Live HUB has an internal 1 TB hard drive to store files

The WDTV Live HD is the 2009 model.

The WDTV Live “SMP” is the 2011 model.

No one in their right mind would buy a 2009 model.  :) :slight_smile:

The Live Streaming Media Player is the newest generation/version.  It is much better than the previous generation of WD Live HD.  Better GUI, better file format support.

The Live Streaming Media Player (aka LiveSMP) also has a built-in WiFi.
