When is this company going to fix all our locked drives

I have a My World Book II 2.0 T. I am absolutely outraged that the new firmware has froze so many customers drives. What did they do just skip the whole test department? I use to be a test engineer and left for just this reason. Our technology is no longer tested anymore. I have a large amount of data on this drive I can not access it. This company builds storage devices. Maybe they should change the whole look and get with office Depot for paper weights. On top of it all the website is horrible. I can not download a previous firmware or really download any firmware easily. The last update was 2 months ago. Really? I would only dare to believe that this would be a HIGH priority. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER PRODUCTS AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Now it is time to start networking and spread the word. All the marketing in the world can not cover outraged customers.  I hope this company and their BS customer relations FAILS. Yes I have called my broker making sure I have no investment in this company. This is simply poor business. I paid good money as we all have for a paper weight. Yes it takes more than marketing to keep a company going. You actually have to have a solid product when it comes to storage. Not a file shredder.
