Where can I share a question about the N900 MyNet router? As an access point

Please let me know where members post about the router. Looked through the forums…

I hope to place a N900 in another part of my house to be an access point but not the network’s router. Does the software for the router allow such a configuration? The appeal of the WD router for this is the extra ports offered. I have a switch in the Living Room now and an Engenius ECB9500 access point. Switch all filled up, just has four RJ45 jacks available. Don’t know if the WD MyBook or MYCloud can be attached to the access point directly… hmmm, maybe that’s a better solution.

I am wondering if I can put two MyBooks up there and do seat-of-the-pants mirroring. JBOD out in NAS-land to back up the same files from the production machine.

It’s the weekend, no one to answer this at WD until Monday.

I found this thread which discusses the N900 as an access point, and I downloaded the manual, so it sounds like it will be possbile.
