Where to find Plex media server directory?

Hello

I am trying to find plex directly on my cloud,
It should be under Files & Folders, but the file is not there! Attached is a screenshot of an example where it should be. Any help where to find it?

Are you sure you own the single bay WDMYCLOUD?

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base?

As per these articles, it should be available under Files & Folders

The My Cloud Home is a completely different device with a different operating system and different features than the My cloud line of devices. For support with the My Cloud Home, see the My Cloud Home subforum:

Per your initial post’s screen capture. What app or program is that? The My Cloud Home mobile app? The My Cloud Home web portal (https://home.mycloud.com/)? Both of those methods of access are different than using Window File Explorer to access a local network My Cloud Home. Your screen capture shows a Plex folder. Have you checked in that folder for what you are looking for?

The screenshot I posted is where the Plex media server directory should be. It is not showing in my dashboard. Here is a screenshot of my dashboard

I checked both the mobile app and the web portal and it’s not showing in neither.
