I’m trying to set up the back up of my Windows 10 PC to my MyBookLive using WD SmartWare. However, when I open up Smartware nothing appears in the Backup Target window.
Everything else seems to work OK, I can access files using WD My Cloud and the MyBookLive status is good when I connect to it via the UI.
Any help gratefully received. I’ve tried restarting the MyBookLive and re-installing WD SmartWare.
