I purchased a new 2 TB Caviar Green drive on March 10th and tried to register today. After entering the info, it said it had 755 days left, the box says it has a 3 year warranty. Can that be fixed? I haven’t comepleted the registration process yet.
You need to contact support by email with a picture copy of your receipt, and they will update your warranty.
