Zugriff auf Dateien mit Umlauten

Hallo,
ich habe auf meinem MyCloud NAS Dateien gespeichert und kann vom IPhone und IPad über die WDMycloud App auch darauf zu greifen. Was nicht geht sind Dateien in Photoshop oder sonnst wo einzufügen, sobald Umlaute im Dateinamen sind kommt eine Fehlermeldung.

Ich könnte natürlich die Dateien umbenennen, wenn es nur ein paar wären, aber es sind über 5000 Medien und Bilddateien. Es sollte doch möglich sein, dass hier der korrekte Dateiname übertragen wird.

Not sure what the issue is. If the file name contains special characters/umlauts and software programs like PhotoShop will not import them, then not sure what one expects the My Cloud unit to do. This assumes the problem is with the file name and not a problem with trying to import a file from a local network or remote network My Cloud using either the WD My Cloud mobile app for iOS or Android, or using a link generated by the MyCloud.com web portal.

If the problem is with trying to import a more file from the My Cloud, one may have to download the file first to the local computer or mobile device for PhotoShop to properly import the file.

There are a number of free and paid software programs one can use to bulk change file names or replace one character from a bulk list of file names.
